I got to know Jim Rohn through his book entitlted the The Twelve Pillars,a story of him and a certain Mr.charlie, a self effacing millionare.Its a great read...Here is one of the poems he has written:

For every great thing that happens ,you have your part to play in it .There are things that even God is not permitted to do for you.Do it and do it well.Its funny that if you do what you are supposed to do everyday,people will mistakenly,yet rightly ,call you intelligent,successfull,genious,blah blah blah
